2. Wrongful Denial of Insurance Coverage and Punitive Damages

Terry Lumsden sued a State of California Insurance agency, alleging that they wrongfully refused to fix their insured's vehicle, an 18 wheeler ; semi tractor, following an accident.

3. E. Coli: Food Contamination

Terry Lumsden not only successfully represented a seriously injured child in connection with the Jack In The Box E.Coli contamination in Washington February, 1993; He also lead and directed the 10 law firms that represented severely injured children because of the outbreak.

4. Catastrophic Apartment Fire

November, 1997 there was a terrible fire in Bremerton, Washington at a one hundred and fifty unit apartment complex named Kona Village. The fire could be seen from five miles away in downtown Seattle, Washington. A helicopter flew overhead taking pictures. This story made National Headlines for days. 4 people perished in the fire. All occupants were displaced and almost 100 tenants lost everything when their apartment burned. Many tenants suddenly awoke and had to flee their apartment in their scorched pajamas rather than parish from fire or smoke. Terry Lumsden and co-counsel represented 80 of the tenants including 2 families who lost their loved ones.

5. Cadet Wall Heaters

Terry Lumsden represented the biggest and leading personal injury case again Cadet Manufacturing Company and the land lords of an apartment complex. The Cadet heater allegedly failed and caused a sofa to catch fire, which led to the death of two minor children who were living in the upstairs bedrooms.
